The Work Stress Project (WSP) is an interactive, problem-focused and educational wellness program to help corporations of all sizes deal with work-related stress and to reduce their risks and losses in the long run. Multiple methods are used to gather facts about the work situation. WSP goals and exercises are designed and implemented through collaboration with employees and management to ensure cooperation and organizational growth.
